Shipping and Delivery Policy

Delivery Is Included in the Price

Every VibeAvk painting is a one-of-a-kind original, so we pack and dispatch each one individually — and the price you see already covers getting it to you safely. There is no shipping charge added at checkout, no minimum order value and no surcharge for remote addresses.

Within India

Delivery anywhere in India is free. We send every painting insured and tracked with Blue Dart, chosen because their handling protocols and insurance cover suit fragile, irreplaceable work. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days from dispatch.

United Kingdom, France, Australia and the United States

Delivery to these four countries is also included in the price shown — prices in these markets already carry the cost of international carriage, so nothing further is added at checkout. We ship insured and tracked with FedEx, and delivery usually takes 5–10 business days from dispatch.

Please note that any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. These are set by your government, not by us, and we cannot predict or absorb them.

Anywhere Else

We are happy to ship to other countries, but the cost varies enormously with the size of the canvas and the destination, so we quote individually rather than guess. Email sales@vibeavk.com with the piece you want and your delivery address, and we will come back with a firm FedEx quote, usually within one business day.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared and dispatched from our Ahmedabad studio within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your painting ships.

How We Pack

Each painting is protected with corner guards, wrapped in a moisture-resistant layer, and packed into a rigid outer carton sized for the canvas. Larger works get additional internal bracing. Every shipment is fully insured for its declared value.

Delivery Issues

If your painting arrives damaged, or if there is any delay or problem with delivery, contact us straight away at sales@vibeavk.com or +91 74869 10104. If there is damage, please send photographs of both the packaging and the artwork — it helps us settle the insurance claim quickly. We will work with you until it is put right.
