Our Commitment to You

Buying original art online takes a leap of faith, and we want you to be genuinely happy with the painting that arrives. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Condition for Return

To be eligible for a return, a painting must be:

  • Unused, unhung and undamaged, in the same condition in which it reached you
  • Returned in its original packaging, including corner protectors and outer carton
  • Accompanied by its certificate of authenticity and proof of purchase

Commissioned or custom-made pieces are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or differ materially from what was agreed.

How to Request a Return

Email sales@vibeavk.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return address and walk you through repacking the painting safely.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is because of our error — a damaged painting, the wrong piece sent, or a work that does not match its listing. In those cases we cover the cost. We strongly recommend a tracked and insured service, as an original painting cannot be replaced.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned painting, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your painting arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photographs of both the artwork and the packaging. We will arrange a full refund at no cost to you, and where the damage is repairable the artist may be able to restore the piece — your choice either way.

Exchanges

Because every painting is one of a kind, we cannot swap one piece for another directly. The fastest route is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the painting you prefer.
